I submitted my site to the DMOZ directory some months ago under http://www.dmoz.com/Regional/North_America/United_States/New_York/Localities/N/New_York_City/Manhattan/Travel_and_Tourism/Travel_Services/Travel_Agents/ and I can see my site Arrow Travel & Tours there.
