I've submitted my site and followed all the instructions while submitting, but no luck. My category is

 

Computers: Internet: Web Design and Development: Promotion: Search Engine Optimization Firms: S

 

I've no clue what to do next.

 

Please advice.

I've no clue what to do next.

What would you have done if it was listed right away? The answer to both questions is the same. :) It doesn't take luck, at all. What it does take is a guideline compliant site and a volunteer editor interested in reviewing it. You can help by suggesting it once to the single most relevant category and applying a guideline compliant Title and Description but that's about all that can be done regarding a site suggestion.

Once you have suggested your site, there is nothing more you can do and nothing that can be done to speed up how long a review may take. The best advice that one can give is to suggest and move on with your other promotional strategies.

It can take anywhere from two hours to several years for a site review to take place.
