Impossible to sugest the right category

I want to sugest my website to the category: Computers/Software/Project_Management/

This seems totally impossible as there is no link to do so and the category does not have editor entries ?

What can I do ?

I see a "Suggest URL" link at the top of http://www.dmoz.org/Computers/Software/Project_Management/ -- are you looking at the right category?
