I have gotten a Socket Error while trying to submit my site. Is there any way to know if my site was submitted besides waiting? The submission was for my work's site, http://www.mobilemedicalimaging.com ~Thanks, Mike

I submitted this site a year ago and have not heard anything from anyone so I resubmitted it on Dec. 26 and got a little frustrated on Jan. 9 and submitted it to a different category. I apologize for the SPAM but did not know any way to contact anyone at ODP. Only recently I located this forum. Our site could be listed in numerous categories but the one I would like an update on is located at ODP category

I submited this site recently, but I have also submitted it about 4 times over the past two years with no success, so I am expecting it to be rejected. The category was: www.dmoz.org/Recreation/Humor/Archives although, admittedly I have since noticed the "Email fowards" section of that category, which would be more suitable. I am about to start a major re-working of the site (possibly removing the Flash, or adding original material) and would dearly like to know why the site was rejected in the past. I will also be removing one or two pieces which infringe copyright (these slipped through the net), but I would be surprised if the dmoz editor found them. thank…

Link : http://www.featuredhost.com I got into Dmoz only last month after submitting twice and enquring status for 1 more month. But now I search , and see that I have been removed . I use NO Underhanded technique .... no hidden text , no link farms or affiliate or link exchange etc even. Why did this happen then ? any idea ?
