My site, www.digibattery.co.uk, was listed in the Open Directory, but has since disappeared. I'm not sure why. It is an online store and during a re-build I stated clearly on the site that it was temporarily closed to avoid disappointing customers - this may have been the reason for it being dropped. It has now been re-opened for 6 weeks and has more valuable content and information than before. I'd really like it back in the Open Directory. Please help. Having exchanged email with one the meta editors present, I am cognizant of a description that will need editing for a site that is yet not listed. The Site was submitted to Business/Financial_Services/Merchant_Services/Other_Payment_Systems, on 5/9/02. My question here is, should I attempt to change my requested description while the site is awaiting review or just sit tight and await the editors revisions? Thanks in advance for your comments.

I submitted the above site to the following category: http://directory.google.com/Top/Business/Industries/Healthcare/Products_and_Services/Dentistry/Products/ I've submitted twice now, and its been around two months since my initial submission. I did notice that it takes a while traveling up that hierarchy to find a category with an editor, which probably explains the delay.
