http://www.wirescale.com/ was submitted to: 1. http://www.dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Hosting/Free/ in September 2003. I was hopelessly looking on how to contact dmoz by searching a form or email contact until I found this forum!!! Since I didn't receive any feedback, I tried to re-submit the site once again a few weeks ago thinking that the 1st submission had never been considered. Would you please tell me if my 1st submission will be included and roughly when?

After many sleepless nights of study, I have come to realize that I should have submitted by hand, and probably needed to have done more work on content before submitting.
