Site: http://www.techno-mart.co.uk Submitted to: http://www.dmoz.org/Computers/Hardware/Systems/Notebooks_and_Laptops/Repair/ Submitted Aug/Sept 2003 We got no response as to why our site is not being listed. Our competitors are listed and submitted their sites after us. 150+ customers visit our site everyday and we offer a service that is really useful to them - laptop repairs and spare parts. About 10% of visitors actually place orders for spare parts or repairs after visiting the site. Please let me know why we are not being listed. cashn4profits.com sent a thread on 5/20/04 @ 3:51 p.m. but I don't see it listed under the site status listing. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong, and should I resubmit my question? However, I see it under my Private Messages. There are 2 total threads and 0 unread. I went in on 5/23/04 and read what was in my Private Message. I originally submitted this site a few months ago. I resubmitted it over a month ago. I can understand how this may not pass selection because the website is created rather simply using Microsoft Word. But I feel a lot of people don't realize how simple it is to create websites for themselves, their small business or to include music on their website. The website explains how this can be done very easily using Microsoft Word. What a great idea, this forum! I had no idea it was even here. Here's my situation... I'm a graphic designer and I submitted my own site along with all of my clients sites to dmoz.com. All of my clients sites have been picked up, but not my own. I haven't over-submitted (or at least I don't think so) and I've followed all the rules, I think for submissions. I've been trying to get my site listed on dmoz.com for almost 3 years now on and off. Could someone please let me know the reason why I cannot get submitted and what I can do to change my status on your site? My site has good search engine positioning on almost all other search engines. Thanks for listening…
