Hello! I sure hope an ODP Editor can provide me a status of my website Melrose Urban Female listing? I submitted my website to the DMOZ on 10/11/03, again on 02/19/04 and finally on 03/02/04 in category dmoz.org/Adult/Shopping/Sex_Toys_and_Supplies/M/. I know this process can take weeks, however, I wasn't prepared for it to take months. I've read all the guidelines and I'm confident that my website adheres to these. Although I'm getting some traffic to my site, it's a result of the advertising agreements that I have with other websites. After being listed since the inception of the ODP, my site was removed. I was told it contained no site owned chat rooms. I then spent thousands of dollars and created a coldfusion chat system that has 4 adult chat rooms. Then I was told it was deep linked and nothing more than an affiliate site. I have one affiliate per page and its the same company and my onsite chatters use 50 gigs of bandwidth per month. Hi! I run a directory (one i hand edit... mini dmoz hehe) that lists nonnude sites. although these sites are not nude, they are still considered Adult, so i felt it was correct to place the link in the adult section of dmoz. I submitted here: http://dmoz.org/Adult/Computers/Internet/Searching/Link_Sites/Free/ The thing im worried about is that technically there is a nonnude section on dmoz, but its only for Image Galleries ( http://dmoz.org/Adult/Image_Galleries/Softcore/Non-Nudes/ ) so im a little unsure if i submitted to the correct area.
