I think http://dmoz.org/Business/Business_Services/Public_Speaking/Motivation/ is probably the most appropriate place for it since, after looking at the entire thing, I can see that there isn't much of anything on the site at all except for information about how to book her for lectures (the sitemap is strange to say the least since most of the text, subpage links, and external links there seem to be strictly for search engine ranking purposes since they provide neglible information or are completely unrelated to the topic of breast cancer survival -- but that has nothing to do with listability).

You might want to split up the list and send half to elwoodsharp and half to me, if you'd like. 318 is quite a lot for one person to check.

I expect those will eventually get corrected (it's a busy area, you understand). You are awaiting review in Placentia. So all you need to do now is wait patiently. But that doesn't mean you'd make a good editor (I'm not saying you wouldn't; just that you're comparing apples to cats -- one doesn't have anything to do with the other).

This is something you should be discussing in one of the SEO forums like http://webmasterworld.com or http://searchengineforums.com , not here. This forum isn't here to help you optimize your site for maximum exposure.

Actually, there's no need for you to continue with Bali issues. I'm planning on continuing through the rest of the Bali categories anyway and will correct anything that needs correcting as I trip across them. Give me a week or two to finish working through the categories and if you still see problems, drop me a line.

You are not entitled to a listing in SEO because that is only a part of what you do (despite the fact that you stress that service on your site, even to the point of creating a specific subsite for it) -- the Promotion category description clearly states that if your company provides web design as well as promotion services, you should be listed under design. So, you are most correctly listed where you currently are (i.e. Web Design and Development). Without having seen your applications or knowing where you applied, I can only offer a generic response. Editors aren't approved based on their current or past work history or the number of degrees they hold, etc. They are reviewed based on the quality of their application. You may have been rejected in the past because (a) you applied to a category that was too large to start off in, (b) your application wasn't complete or didn't have appropriate sample sites or your titles and descriptions were bad, or © any number of other reasons. Your rejection emails should have given you an idea of why you were rejected. [edited to add: your site is listed under WD&D W now, not C]

Your site most likely belongs in the locality where your office is (not the county) but I can't tell you that for sure since every time I've tried to connect to your site to look at it, it has not only crashed my browser but also locked up my Mac. It looks like it's having trouble with your stats tracking stuff.

Re: Site Status "60% up" means still under construction. By clicking on several links on the left I can see that you're still pretty empty. Other than a couple of news articles and 1 resource, you have nothing but empty pages -- no reviews, no downloads, no forums (in fact, your forum page still shows the generic text of "yourdomain.com), no FAQs. Your site as it is wouldn't be listed. Don't resubmit until the site is completely up and after you have added a fair bit actual content.
