There's no telling when a site will be reviewed as there's no pre-defined order in which editors must review sites. Not to mention they try to fit editing in when they get free time. Perhaps you could try viewing the category once a month to check up on it.

Re: Not very helpful... I understand your frustration. However, there is no way to predict how long it will be before someone reviews the site. It could be tomorrow or next year. The number of other sites pending review in that category has no bearing since we can jump around at will.
