The editor produced tools are useful, but they try to remedy problems, that should be solved in the base software. Where could I learn writing editor produced tools, or helping with the existing ones? Cheers Hans

I think ODP could benefit from an open and more modern code base. Most feature requests are met with the response that it can not be done due to resource and technological constraints. This could be improved by an open source approach. I guess there are quite a few open source programmers among the odp editors who would be keen to participate. (like me) Cheers Hans (hmf)
