2 different registration for 2 different language of the site?

Hi!
I have read that is possible to report the same site in 2 different section of DMOZ, if the website has 2 different language? Is true?
I asked you before becouse i wouldn't like to recive some penalization for this double report into directory!

If a website has content in more than one (1) language it may be suggested to all of these languages in DMOZ.

If the website is truly in several different languages, it can be listed in each language. Please note that machine translations are not acceptable.

We prefer that the website has a language selector on its home page so that we can simply list the root URL in each language.
