2 languages website may be submitted?

I prefer asking before doing a "mistake"
I have the website in english and french.
Can i submit the french URL under "World / Francais /..." and the english URL under the appropriate category "Comuters / Software / ...?
or do i have to choose only one of them?

It wouldn't be a mistake. Suggesting your site to both categories is good

Presumably your site has a link on the main page to take users to the other language so just use the main URL when you submit.
