My understanding of the question is:

IF http://expertproperties.8m.net/ is listed in http://dmoz.org/Regional/Middle_Eas...ts/Kusadasi/Business_and_Economy/Real_Estate/

why is http://www.expertvillas.com/ allowed to be listed in http://dmoz.org/Regional/Middle_East/Turkey/Business_and_Economy/Real_Estate/

since they belong to the same person.

www.turkeyexpert.co.uk and www.turkeyoffplan.com are not listed in ODP - so they are not an issue - they just appeared as part of the quote from the first web site

Sorry for not making myself clear.
Is it allowed to have two sites in the directory, when one of those sites has the same/similar content to the other.

Generally speaking, the answer is no, if the ownership is common. Someone can have multiple sites in the directory, but the content must be wildly different: orchids, Chevy Pick-up trucks, and knitting might be sufficiently different, but if one also has a site that discusses knitting orchid-themed seat covers for Chevy pickups, then only one site would be listable.

There is another factor to be considered, though. We sometimes list an agent and an agency separately. More research than I've done would be needed to determine whether the first site is an agent and the second the agency.

No, it doesn't mean that at all. Many different editors can read this post, and many of them can edit in that category. We appreciate the heads up - it might have taken some time for us to notice this otherwise. {moz}

While on the same subject of the latest Turkey cat. above (that is, http://dmoz.org/Regional/Middle_Eas...cts/Fethiye/Business_and_Economy/Real_Estate/), I can't help but notice the following:
  • BNA Group - This site (page really) is nothing more than a list of 3 external links. Is this really a quality site?
  • Euro-Lycia Tourism - Luxury, beautiful - can anyone confirm that?
  • Lycian Properties - It's Lycia, not Lycian.
  • Sunshine Properties - It's a UK-based company, so should it even be listed under Turkey?
  • Vartur Emlak - It's just Vartur, no Emlak, and is just another list of external links - no content otherwise.

BNA Group - The group has split its site into three sites. Rather than list all three in the same category, I think it's better to list the one page that links to all three.

Vartur Emlak - Had been removed (see above), but changes do not show immediately on the public side.

Your other points are helpful, thank you. I'm dealing with them, but the changes may not be visible to you for a day or two.
