2 sites waiting on acceptance have changed url's

Hey there,
I hope i'm posting this in the most appropriate forum.
I sumbitted 2 sites a little over a month ago and neither of them have been accepted yet, but the url's have changed.
I wanted to be sure if that when they get reviewed, if they are accepted, that they are added with the new addresses.

The sites are http://www.geocities.com/animalhospitals
submitted to the category of
http://dmoz.org/Health/Animal/Veterinary_Medicine/Veterinarians/United_States/
The address has changed to
http://animal-hospitals.abeautifulurn.com

and the site
http://www.geocities.com/boardingkennel
submitted to the category of
http://dmoz.org/Recreation/Pets/Travel/By_Region/United_States/
has moved to
http://boarding-kennel.abeautifulurn.com

The best way to make sure that the URL you want gets listed is to edit the OTHER sites to make it obvious that people should use the one you want - either an automatic redirect, or a note on the site to that effect.

Right now I don't see that anywhere on the site.
