I thought this would of been a previously asked question but a search revealed nothing...

I know that in your guidelines redirects are frowned upon, but how about 301 redirect?

I've got a website at www.website.com with a 301 that directs it to www.website.com/home/

Can I submit www.website.com or shoud I submit www.website.com/home/ ?

One more question. I forgot when I submitted my site to dmoz but know that I have, is there anyway to know when my one month of waiting is up? Thanks
