500 internal server error

I'm trying to 'update URL' on this page http://dmoz.org/Arts/Performing_Arts/Theatre/Community_Theatre/United_States/New_Hampshire/

We have changed our website from http://lakeside.artshost.com to http://www.lakesideplayers.org

When I follow the 'update URL' link and then type in our old address I get a 500 internal server error message.

Would someone be able to help me with this?
