分类没有编辑会影响审核吗？

公司网站从去年开始申请到现在一直还是了无音讯，分类下面貌似没有编辑，请问是不是这个原因导致不能审核通过呢？
曾经也申请了称为该分类的编辑，因为我是在皮具行业工作的，还算对口，不过后来没通过。
