6 months on...

On 12th December 2003

(so long ago I mislaid my editor name but i think it was philj)

My application was accepted for review and i returned the email as requested but have heard nothing since.

Can you help.

I can tell without even looking that if you didn't get an acceptance or denial by now, then it was probably denied. We don't have any applications waiting that are older than the beginning of May 2004. You should maybe apply again.

That category probably isn't the best place for a new editor to start. It's a bit bigger than we would normally grant to a new editor. It could happen, but not usually. Read through the [thread=1289]FAQ and General Advice[/thread] thread before you apply again.
