I'm looking at applying as an editor for a few categories that have 15-30 current entries. Before I do so, I am wondering what sort of commitment would I be making.
Do I seek out new entries or only review what is submitted by web site authors?
On a small category, will it take much of my time? I know this varies between different situations, but what do most editors find for this? If I apply to be an editor, I want to make sure I can do a good job.
Do I review a prospective website for a few minutes to ascertain if it fits within the category or do a very extensive reading of the site before approving?
I will probably only apply to a single category at first to see how it works out, but I would appreciate what others think on this.
