A question

I hope I am in the right area for this question. I submitted a site to DMOZ, Iknow it takes awhile and that is not my question. My question is I am about to do a fairly big redesign, not huge but it will look slightly different, will this affect the time it takes to have my site added to the directory?

Most editors are looking for unique content and a redesign probably will not effect you one way or the other.
