abcusa.com and abccanada.com - near mirrors, targeted to region

I have two websites abcUSA.com and abcCanada.com (not actual names) that I would like to submit to dmoz. The content on these sites are very similar, but the content is directed towards the geographic audience. Some products are available on the USA site that aren't on the Canada site and vice versa.

All else aside, will there be any issues getting these listed on dmoz? Should they be listed in the regional sections?

We'd normally only list one of them. I expect that you've cross linked them (and if you haven't, why not?) so that shouldn't be an issue.
