About status of a site submission

Hi,

I've submitted my site 3-4 months ago, I don't remember exactly what category I chose , now I think to have found the right category.
How can I know the status of the site?.In case it has been rejected (is it possible to know it?) can I resubmit the site in a different category?

Since we don't discuss specific websites here, neither of you is going to get a submission status. See the sticky threads at the top of the forum.

To add to what jimnoble said above:
If the site was suggested and is listable according to our guidelines, either an editor has listed it, in which case a search will find it; otherwise it is waiting to be reviewed.
In either case there is nothing you need to do.
Note: Our own search engine is sometimes a bit buggy, so it's best to use a third party one to be sure - Editors move sites which are suggested to the incorrect category instead of rejecting them, so no need to re-suggest.
