abuse report form not working

I tried to use the abuse reporting form and did not get a case id after I hit submit - it just said ( in big font) "Commit Report". The rest of the page was blank. Does this mean it went through or not? I don't want to be a pest and keep submitting if it went and I just didn't know it but I seem to recall that I should get some sort of confirmation.

I can confirm that there appears to be some sort of problem here. I'm raising the issue in our internal forums and will post here when there's a resolution.

Anybody who got the result described in the first post in this thread should resubmit, those reports didn't get in.
