We have been abuse victims since many months ago

Pease make sure that dmoz remains an Open Public Directory, and is not being abused for the personal financial gain of an editor.

The information that could be used to identify the former ODP editor was removed from the post, as it was against the rules for this forum.

As you mentioned, you have filed several abuse reports against this editor. However, as you have been told, the person in question hasn't been an editor since 2001. Like the other 50000+ ex editors of the ODP, there is still a profile page for this person in recognition of past services to the directory.

I cannot comment on your abuse reports, but you may rest assured that when somebody reports suspected abuse against the directory it will be investigated, since we are not particularly keen on people abusing our work and trust.
