Abuse Reporting

How long does it take for editors to address abuse issues?
I notice some issues are dealt with fast and others take longer; any reason for this?

The problem I reported:

has yet to be addressed.

Possibly because they are done when someone has a moment to spare and gets around to it.

Also because you only posted it 2 days ago and editors like to have some free time on weekends too

Also possibly as it also will have to be looked into as, from what I can see, some of the abuses you mentioned are not all that obvious.
