A content-oriented site, not a business site, sent in to Home/Consumer_Information/Automobiles/Purchasing/ some time ago. Was once listed on dmoz - wondering what happened - the site did go through a change so the old description may not have been valid, but it's pretty full o' unique content and pretty sparse on ads. Your time would be appreciated.

The site was previously listed within http://dmoz.org/Home/Consumer_Information/Automobiles/Purchasing/New some time ago however during a re-review the site was found to be having major 'functional' difficulties. At that point an editor decided the problems where to much to leave listed and it was subsequently removed.

If the site's 'problems' have been resolved then please feel free to resubmit it once - but please be advised that being listed previously is no guarentee that the site would be listed again.

Resubmitted a month ago...can you provide status?

I have resubmitted this site, which was apparently deleted after some sort of technical malfunction. I'd appreciate any info on its current status. For what it's worth, it's a unique-content-heavy site with almost no affiliate links and such-like. Thank you.

PS> SOrry for starting the new thread, I'd delete it if I could.

acarplace.com - 6 months later

I would like to know the status of acarplace.com which was approved but taken down due to technical issues a long time ago. This is a site that has unique content and a very small ad-to-content ratio and I think it does belong in DMOZ. (The ad-to-content ratio's increased also with the addition of a big SSR section)

The category was:

http://dmoz.org/Home/Consumer_Information/Automobiles/Purchasing/New

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi. Have waited the required six months and wanted to know if anyone could check it out.

(Pssst - You're really supposed to wait another month on resubmission status requests here.) However the net effect of the resubmission is that it's still there, waiting review.

Oh. Sorry 'bout that. Thanks for telling me the net effect. I will patiently await review for another six months. I guess I'll patiently await review for as long as it takes...
