Ad a new site

I'm new and I would like if my website (<url removed>) could be added to dmoz.org open directory.

Just like anybody else you will have to suggest the website to DMOZ and wait for an editor to review the suggestion.

I have did this about a month ago...! How could we get a chance to know that it was approved or rejected? I'm wondering, how will we be informed?

Some volunteer will process your listing suggestion in time but we can't predict who or when that might be. Elapsed times can range from a few days to a few years. There is no need to re-suggest your website and doing so could be counter-productive because a later suggestion overwrites any earlier one.

You won't be informed, but you could check the category occasionally or use our search for domain.tld without any http or www prefixes (eg google.com). The latter sometimes reports delisted websites as listed .
