additional category question

Hi,
I'm new to the ODP so forgive me if I'm asking in the wrong forum or a question that is an FAQ. After reading the guidelines for ODP, i think I have a realistic request to be able to submit my site to a second category.
Main Site: http://www.eztrip.com/
This site is waiting in:
http://dmoz.org/Recreation/Travel/Consolidators/
for review. This is a commercial site for booking online travel reservations.
We also have a detailed international destination guide section that is free and doesn't require a user to buy anything but I think is useful for travelers in general. Would it be alright to submit that page (http://www.eztrip.com/destinationguide.jsp) to the category of:
http://www.dmoz.org/Recreation/Travel/Guides_and_Directories/
as purely informational (even though a user of this information can clearly see that the rest of the site is commercial).
I'm not trying to fool anyone and I also don't want to jeopardize my listing sitting the Consolidators category which is why this post.

Thanks for any advice regarding this.

Best Regards,
Michael

Since the two categories are so "closely related" (close together in the taxonomic tree) I personally would NOT list the deeplink, and I'd suggest that the Submission Policies tell you NOT to submit it.

I WOULD consider it reasonable to submit an UPDATE request for the current listing, asking that the "Directory" part of the website's content is featured in its description, and if the directory had any significant content at all, as an editor I would add that to the description.

I wouldn't list it either. Why not? Deeplinks are supposed to be the exception, rather than the rule, so they are examined pretty carefully; it takes a lot of really good content for us to list them. In this case, though the answer is pretty easy: your content is not unique. The deeplink will not be listed.

Thanks hutcheson. That's kind of what I thought but wanted to check before bothering submitting.
