I'm just agreeing that this seems to be wrong, someone else will come along and decide what to do.

There is a specific category in the Adult part of ODP, that is for this kind of site.

This is not showing in the category but showing in recently updated search results.

It was moved from that category on Jul 22. If the results from the ODP search engine and the category show different things, you should always trust the category
