I did today an application to become an editor and this was not my first application.
After a few hours I received an email
Actually I don't have and did not have an account. I tried to reset the password via the reset form with this username. Nothing happens.

If you wish to edit the directory, you will need to use your existing / previous account rather than applying for a new one.

You will need to know your editorname and previous password. If you don't know either of these details, then please ask for help in the "Becoming an Editor" forum at http://www.resource-zone.com/ . It is usually possible for us to identify your account from other information you can supply, and we can then arrange for the password to be reset.
