Application form isn't working

I've used two different browsers and I have been trying the past week. But everytime I try to apply, after filling in the appplication I am redirected toa form that says "Request Reinstatement of Editor Account."

I know I filled in everything correcty, yet it doesnt work.

Are there any other options for me?

Try typing this into your address bar: .html]http://dmoz.org/profiles/[name].html , where [name] is the editor name you want. If a profile page appears, then it is taken.

The name I used was "Doomsday" and it doesn't appear to be taken. I also tried -several- different names and I get the exact same results each time.

Different browsers....same results. After putting in my info i'm always forwarded to that page.

If there is no alternative way of applying, I guess i'll try again at some point on another browser.

Yes. And that's the option I selected. As a test I applied to a few related catagories under the "humor" section, and each time I got the same error.
