Application form still offline ???

I want to signup as a editor, but I get the following message:

"This category does not accept new editor applications at this time. It may be too large for a new editor, may be designed to hold only @-links, or may be reserved for more experienced editors for other reasons. Please try applying in a different category at dmoz.org."

I get this error message on every category (small or large) I tried for testing. Is the form still "offline" ?

There are still some issues with redirection from the dmoz.org server to the editors.dmoz.org server, most of them in cats with special characters. Try applying to the category from the http://editors.dmoz.org/ server instead.

There appear to be a few other bugs with applications at the moment though, so you may want to wait a few days before applying, to give the techs time to work those out.

Thank you for your answer. I tried some things with the special characters in the url and I got it to work.

It also didn't work when I select German as editing language. Then it redirects to the first page after submitting.

Ok I got the confirmation email, and wanted to reply. But I get the following error:

apply@aol.net
SMTP error from remote mailer after RCPT TO:<apply@aol.net>:
host postman.mx.aol.com [205.188.157.153]: 550 5.1.1 <apply@aol.net>... User unknown

What's wrong with that ? Wrong email address ?
