Application Status for 'DjArcadian'

I applied but after hitting the submit button I was redirected to a page which asked me about re-activating an old editor account or something along those lines. I'm curious to know whether or not my application was received.

If you got a page telling you about reactivating an old editor account, it means you checked off the box that said you'd been an editor before. If you didn't go back and uncheck the box after seeing the reinstate notice, your application wouldn't have gone through (if your application goes through, you get a confirmation email which I'm presuming you didn't get).
