Can't Login - monadi

Today I received my welcome email from "funk", Meta editor
But when I tried to log-in using the username and password in the email the site treated me as an unauthorized log-in. and I got this Error message:


Authorization Required
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

Additionally, a 401 Authorization Required error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.



How can I fix this log-in issue? is it a Firewall issue? Whom should I contact?
