Thank you for checking. I'm actually not surprised about the editor abuse in the category. You're caution is very advisable and understandable. My own site is in queue there, and personally, I'd like to to see the category represented as an honest, quality group of sites. Competition is part of human life, why anyone would want to manipulate the excitement of it is beyond me. The simple ignorance, not to mention dishonorability, of editor abuse in this category is apparent in some of the listings.
I've already thoroughly went through almost all of the listings, and have found that the category is in much worse shape, than it appears. I plan to do the remaining few in the next couple of days. I know this may seem a bit presumptuous, but I do know a lot about this particular subject. Even if I don't get approved as an editor this time around, I'd like to think that someone would find my work helpful, at least to clean up the category. <img src="/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" />
Could you possibly give me an idea of the length of caution given, so that I don't waste time by asking again too soon?
