Application Status Please

I applied a few weeks ago under the user name luke360 for a category but my email got sent back to me saying the email address is not available (your systems were not working). Would you be so kind as to tell me if it got through to you guys and if I have been approved? I applied to this category:

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Yes that is exactly the error I got. Did you recieve my entry and it is awaiting approval? I was denied when I applied to a larger category that had plenty of editors already working on it but was told you guys wanted me to apply to another category because I am a good fit. Let me know how I can help make your job easier if possible.

The Aircraft category that you requested on 2010-03-16 was declined because it is too big for a newbie, not because it has plenty of editors.

Did the application you're talking about predate that?

In any event, please do as we ask other people in that standing thread to do. Keep replying to the email verification message at intervals until you get a more sensible reply. 'Can't find ticket' is, believe it or not, a good sign. It means that the email has already been verified.

I will resubmit until I get a more favorable response. How long does it usually take until your systems allow an applications through? I am on it.
