Sorry, I'm new to all of this, but from reading the forum I thought an email was sent explaining decisions.

I'm very surprised by this though - can you or someone else please explain the decision? St Andrews is only a small town (15-25k population, fluctuates with student terms), the category doesn't currently have an editor and come September I'll have lived in the town for 30 years. Honestly baffled, can you please check to ensure it's not a mistake or someone protecting some of the dubious entries in the category?
