application status

Hi,

If any of you can tell me how my application for editor is going. I either registered as cargopatch or as cargopatch72. sorry I don't remember.
Also, what's a normal time amount for the application review process.

I'm not a meta, I don't play one on TV, and I don't know anything about your application.... but that category is about 20 times bigger than a new editor should apply for. I assume there isn't a snowball's chance in Texas of you being accepted for that category. Try for something like the Bears or Mugs or Books subcategories.

To quote the FAQ that is pinned to the top of this forum:

As the application information states, "Your chances of becoming an editor are greater if you apply for a small, underdeveloped category to start (generally categories with less than 100 sites)." This also includes sites in subcategories. The total number of sites is given in brackets after the category name at the top of the page. It's not impossible to be accepted for bigger categories, but it's more difficult.
