There is a request for Arts/Writers_Resources/Creative_Writing in the queue, but I can't tell if it's you or not because the name isn't fgm007.
It was only made yesterday, so I suggest a little patience is in order. Metas are volunteers too and someone will get to it in time.
I have to say that, including it's unreviewed pile, it's a tad latger than I'd grant to a beginner, but I don't work in that part of the directory and won't be reviewing it.

I'm rejected for the reason which was written in e-mail is:
"We don't list URLs that redirect to, or frame, other URLs."
I only submitted one .tk site, which is redirected to other URL using frames. But if you search for tk on odp you will find many sites which are redirected, two of them are http://www.ccforum.tk/ & http://it-expert.tk/. There are also many other tk sites listed there.
So, why my site is rejected?

I can't make the ODP search bring up any .tk domains. How did you search for them?

ahh, nevermind, I see you search for tk and not for .tk
The existence of .tk domains in ODP is not a reason for your application to have them. It is a reason for me to go into the directory and remove those domains, though.

The redirects are a way some submitters spam the directory. In other words, you have already learned an editing lesson and you are not even an editor. We don't list redirects - just the main url - and if you see any of them listed and you are not an editor you can report them in the Hijacks thread in the Abuse forum.

I'll just throw this in here. Not all .tk domains are redirects, only the free ones. If you accually pay for a .tk domain you have full rights to it just like most any other TLD.
