Application throws me to Request Reinstatement

I just tried applying and got thrown to a page "Request Reinstatement of Editor Account." With a form to fill out. It doesn't give me any kind of error message. Just sends me to that page.
Username "OdieGiblet"
I've never tried to become an editor before. And the username is so incredibly unique no one else should be using it. I tried to request a password, but it says that user name doesn't exist. I'm afraid to try a different username and be marked as a spammer.
Hopefully my use of Mozilla isn't causing this. =)

Was my submission sent? What's going on?

Whops. Did some more searching on this board, found an older post that helped me. I had "Have you ever been an ODP editor before" checked.

But please take it serious: _If_ you have been an editor before, please reinstate your old account. If you timed out before because of not editing for to long, reinstatement normally won't be a problem.
