Hello
I applied to become an editor to the domain names category under the letter 'D', over a month ago. I got the confirmation email and replied to it but haven't heard anything back. Is there someway I can find out about the status of the app?

It will be assumed that you chose the same online name for the ODP that you have used in Resource Zone. Please post again if different. A clickable link to the category may also help. A Meta editor should be able to advise of status.

If the category is indeed the one that Jordan mentions, there are no applications presently in the queue for it.

If you replied as per the emailed request, then you may well have been rejected. Before you apply again - if you do - I strongly recommend that you read <a href="http://dmoz.org/guidelines/">our guidelines</a> and the application form to make sure that your application is good.
