Is it difficult to setup a command to send a response back to a webmaster/submitter even if they do not get approved?

I think a few simple response templates will go a long way to help the submitter get an understanding of the reasons why the site does not get approved. I for one can't tell why ours would not get listed?

With all the downtime, I am not sure if our website submission has even made it through. Thank you.

We've discussed this many times, both here and internally. A study of previous threads on the topic will explain why it's not likely to happen any time soon.
