At a Loss for submitting my site

I'm at a loss for submitting our website to ODP. I work with a convention & visitor's bureau and have applied twice. I first applied perhaps two years ago and was never given a response. A few weeks ago I tried again thinking perhaps I'd chosen the wrong category.

We are a tourism based website and the official designated marketing organization for my area, we are also a municipality under our cities. Could anyone give me a suggestion on the best category to submit to?

I'd appreciate any help or suggestions.

When the site represents an organization with a fixed place of residence, then it's easy to find the right category. Drill down through Regional to the Locality. Then, from there, if it's a large locality, there may be subcategories: pick the most appropriate one. (Business or Society or, as in this case, Travel and Tourism.)\
