Azerbaijani site

Hi,

I have site <URL removed> and this site based on WPMU as i offer free blog in Azerbaijan. I think i have enough developed site and i have nice amount of users to get listed on dmoz. I have submitted my site 2-3 month ago, but can`t get listed on this directory. My site category:

I want to know what is the problem? do my site rejected? what is wrong with my site?

The most likely problem is that no Azerbaijani speaking editor has yet looked at your website. Some volunteer will process your listing suggestion in time but we can't predict who or when that might be. Elapsed times can range from a few days to a few years. There is no need to re-suggest your website and doing so could be counter-productive because a later suggestion overwrites any earlier one.

OK sorry, i also not try to promote site by making request and seems there are few editors on Azerbaijani section.
I have also submitted my details to become editor on that section, but also no answer lol. I have submitted details in Azerbaijani, that is why none interested.
Do i need to submit again, but it in English version? (sorry, again not right place for this question)
