Hello all,

What if a website is banned on anyone of the big 3 search engines i.e. Google, Yahoo or MSN? Does it affect DMOZ listing:icon_ques

Any reply will be appreciated.

warm regards,

How would we know?

We judge a website on its merits, not on what other people think of it. Of course, if the SEs banned you (not it) for bad behaviour, similar behaviour here could earn a similar reaction :).

Editors don't generally check to see if a site has been banned anywhere when reviewing it. However, if the reason for banning is something that makes a site unlistable in the Open Directory as well, you can expect that the site wouldn't be listed in the ODP either.
