Belgian site in Fr & Nl

Hi,

I want to submit a belgian site and as you know in Belgium there is two native languages : french and nederlands.

So my site as two parts : exactly the same content in fr an nl.

So I don't know if I had to submit it in
- World site : but where in nl or fr ?
- English site : there's no english in this site :-/

Site : www.lafarge-gypsum.be (construction furnitures for professionnal)

World is divided by Language, not Nationality, So if the site is in French and Netherlands, submit it to both.
http://www.dmoz.org/World/Français/ and
http://www.dmoz.org/World/Nederlands/
(in the most appropriate sub-category, of course)

I know it is languages but I understood that it is forbidden to submit site in more than one category. I hope, it's not a problem if I submit the site in the two category : Fr and Nl.

As usual there are no rules without exceptions. You may want to have a look at http://dmoz.org/guidelines/site-specific.html (the Multiple Listings and Multi-lingual Sites sections).
Like dogbows and gimmster said, in your case it's OK to submit the main URL to the relevant category in both languages.
