Best Category for Unicode Conversion Tools

I'll like to know the best category to suggest a site having a set of Unicode Conversion Tools, as the tool converts Indic fonts so, I thought the best category was:

Computers/Software/Globalization/Character_Encoding/Indic/Unicode/

or there is a better category, as the site wasn't included in this category.

based on your message I would say that is a good category
that the website is not inlcuded yet does only mean that it is not reviewed yet (I assume the website is listable, else you should not have suggested it)
time between suggestion and review can vary between a few days and several years

Just to complete the above with a link the DMOZ site selection criteria, so you can check if the site is listable or not, and the full instructions for suggesting a site.

Thanks, I was actually quiet sure about the category and was just trying to insure that, as unusual delay in review created a doubt in my mind.
