Blank page when completed form and submitted

Hi,

I filled in the online form to complete DMOZ submission yesterday (myloanquote .co.uk), and on pressing to submit it went to a cgi page (i think it was add.cgi), but it was blank. I didn't want to hit the back button in case i submitted it twice. How can i find out whether my site was submitted for inclusion? Or shall i do it agin to be on the safe side?
