I have applied last month (i had choose turkish lang), i had my e-mail and replied with the same subject. I got an error which told me my auth code wrong, today i have filled the same form and i got the same error message, i reposted the form and app refused, i got back and changed my lang&e-mail the problem solved.
I thing there is a bug in the aprovement code related with encoding.
